one felt her hunger well two him and i
not the howitizer gun crew under camo nearby
ka boom! a shell whistled less than a second
her buffalo's belly blew offal blood thickened
that girl tending rice in her farmer's apparel
looked at those soldiers who'd leveled their barrel...
drenched she stood straight up stunned dripping brown shit
howled howitzer gunners their laughter won't quit..
....feeding the pigeons a loaf of whole wheat
out my square window over the street
there hundreds of soldiers milling nearby
try ginger spiced rice twice cooked with a thigh
off center herself in the midst of them all
a little old lady flashed over the walls
into my eyes from her chamber of horrors
bursting in air hell here to the corners..
