The Colossal (Ringing in my head)

My name is Miss Liberty Bell I may ring,
ring in the mornings, the evenings, and gleam
Fresh from Europa on a Sunday one Spring
t'write out a Heaven in the form of your dream

My copper toned bottom spanking debt-struck Ronald Reagan
Am Ex wrought Plymouth forged me Liberty
Freddy's mother metals lode my soul a steel pagan
Welding gowns Enlightenment all wrapped up in me

Still standing in the harbor searching for the true love
God, thousands contend they are searching for me
I look 'em all over in the beam of this torchlight
I carry through Paris around the Red Sea

When Charlton Heston nigh crowned me his true love,
splashed like a Moses new hot rod and staff,
started in Egypt an NRA push shoved, and
drowned me in anger, he gave God a good laugh

The Italian Vespucci? No clue how to take it
Whitecaps are rolling, red waves cover me,
an embarrassing figure lashed blue to Titanic,
You beat on Ms. Bell, boys, but I ring when I'm free..
